Bridesmaid Enquiries:
The delivery period is sixteen weeks from your date of order. Swatches may be requested.
The dresses and styles are designed as is.
All you need to do is take your measurements: bust; waist;hips & we will confirm your required sizes.
Samantha Wynne sizes are size 6- 18.
All other dresses available from size 6-20.
All orders need to be either faxed or emailed to us!
We advise that bridesmaid group orders must be placed at the one time as we are not responsible for dyelot variations.
We aren't able to make any changes to the design.

FOR MAIL ORDERS and IN STORE ORDERS
Sizes
Given each bridesmaid's measurements, we work with each individual to decide upon which size would work best with our sizing charts. To ensure the most accurate sizing, we highly recommend having your measurements taken professionally, either in our boutique or at a tailor. If it is not possible, we also include with the sizing chart information of how to take your measurements. This is the most important step to ensure the best fit, so please go over it carefully. For pregnant bridesmaids, we cannot guarantee dresses to perfectly accommodate changes in sizes, but we will work with the bridesmaid to the best of our ability to choose a style that will work within these limitations.
Alterations
Bridesmaid styles have been designed with specific patterns. If you would like to make alterations to any of the styles, they can only be adjusted after you receive the dress. You may take your dress to a seamstress or tailor for further customizing. Otherwise we do offer an alteration service within the store. A fee does apply for this service.
Delivery
16 weeks from receipt of full payment from the bridal party. A delivery charge of $15.00 per dress is added for dresses mailed within Australia.
Payment
Full payment from all bridesmaids must be received before the dresses are put into production. We accept major credit cards. VISA, MASTERCARD.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Sizing Information
We suggest our lovely bridesmaids have themselves measured at their local tailor or dressmaker if ordering online, otherwise our staff are able to measure you in store. If none of these options are available, use a soft measuring tape and follow the guidelines below:
Always measure over undergarments for the most precise information.
Hold the tape measure close to the body but not too tight. Allow a finger's width between the body and the tape.
BUST: Measure the fullest part of your bust. Be proud!
WAIST: The tape should wrap around the waist at the same level as your garment's waist. Samantha Wynne dresses are high-waisted (the level of your navel) while our skirts are meant to sit slightly lower. Don't suck in! Be comfortable.
HIP: Measure the fullest part of your hip. Girls, this is your least favourite area.
Next, email Samantha Wynne your measurements, (the chart above is only to act as a reference. Each supplier will have slight variations to this chart. Please email us your measurements first & we will confirm your size) and we will determine your size. Keep in mind that we have specially created these sizing formulas according to our dress patterns, so your Samantha Wynne size may not be the same as your usual size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we will choose the larger size.
